1. Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged. Once an invoice is made cannot be modified or canceled for any reasons thereof.
2. The item is tested for physical damage at the point of sale and the company is not liable for the physical damage of the item anymore. It is also the duty of the buyer to immediately check at the counter the physical condition of the purchased goods. All goods are consigned at buyer’s risk and the company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or pilferage in transit.
3. Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our warehouse.
4. We provide proper GST invoices against all the products which we sell, we do not sell products without GST invoices.
5. If the order is canceled by the buyer then both side shipping charges (if the product is already shipped) and the 3% payment gateway charges/convenience (if applicable) will be deducted from the order amount. If the buyer opts for a refund, then it will be initiated once we receive the product in the same condition as we have shipped.
6. Materials sold are spares and components of computers and do not form the complete system in full. Above goods are only in the form of components / sub-assemblies / and not a “New PC “unless it is specified as “New PC System”.
7. Any products purchased from us for any special usage in an abnormal environment i.e. Other than normal usage should be informed to us at the time of purchase otherwise the warranty is void and null.
8. No Customer can waive responsibility on grounds of ignorance of terms & conditions.
9. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs.
10. For “Dead on Arrival” products buyer needs to make sure that all the parts and accessories of the product should be there in the box which comes with it, failing will result in nonacceptance as a DOA case and will be treated as RMA.
11. Physical damage/mishandling of products / Tampering of warranty stickers – do not cover warranty. All products sold by us requires technically qualified PC Hardware engineers for installation.
12. JackandRex.com has the right to cancel any orders related to price or stock issues.
13. The court at GHAZIABAD shall have exclusive jurisdiction for deciding any disputes arising out of this sale contract.
1. Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
2. There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
3. No cancellations are entertained for those products that the JACK AND REX ENTERPRISES marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, and Valentine’s Day etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
4. JACK AND REX ENTERPRISES does not accept cancellation requests for pre-order items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the condition of the product delivered is not good.
5. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 48 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
6. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them. JACK AND REX ENTERPRISES believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Return/ Refund Policy
1. We accept return and refund requests only if the product delivered by us is in damaged condition, the wrong product sent, the product is in dead condition or the product is defective. Buyers will have 2 days and 7 days (7 days is applicable on purchase of a complete PC set) after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return or refund. For gaming chairs only replacement is applicable, no refunds will be there for gaming chairs. If the seal of the product is opened and the product is not faulty then return/refund will not be applicable. The buyer needs to bring the issue to our attention either by emailing us (preferred) or by calling us.
2. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in the same account by which the payment was done, in the case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in the buyer’s bank account. Refunds usually take 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
3. Fixed charges of 3% of the total order cost will be deducted at the time of refund.
4. If the total order value is more than 500/- Rs, courier charges will be deducted at the time of refund.
5. Refund will only be initiated once the product is received in one of the Jack and Rex Enterprises warehouses.
Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products) –
For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms. Jack and Rex Enterprises is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Jack and Rex Enterprises is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category, the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.
Thus, a customer who orders three items weighing 200gms, 250gms, and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus the customer will pay a delivery fee of Rs 85 for ordering the three items as a single order instead of Rs 142 if he orders them separately.
The weight of the product has been built-in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage.
Cash on Delivery Orders –
All COD orders will be dispatched only after the telephonic confirmation. Cash on Delivery is not applicable on the cart value(before Discount) above 10000/- Rs.
The order will be canceled if the customer fails to confirm the order after 3 consecutive attempts by Jack and Rex.
